This facility which started out as a veterans’ hospital is now an internationally recognized teaching hospital that is affiliated with the University of Toronto. Also, in Leaside, you will find Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Toronto Rehabilitation Institute Lyndhurst Centre as well as a host of retirement living and nursing care facilities.
